OBJETIVE
The creation of the Organization Manual aims to document the hierarchical structure of the company, as well as the functions of each position, establishing degrees of authority, responsibility, internal communication and control sections. The company can identify all positions and their internal value in the organization.
Having an Organization Manual is essential for the Human Resources Department and for the entire company!
